The Task Force shall include, but not be limited to: * designees from the Department of Corrections who are responsible for parole services; * a designee from the Cook County Adult Probation; * a representative from a county probation office; * a designee from DuPage County Adult Probation; * a designee from Sangamon County Adult Probation; and * designees from the Attorney General's Office; * the Prisoner Review Board; * the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority; * the Sentencing Policy Advisory Council; * the Cook County State's Attorney; * a State's Attorney selected by the President of the Illinois State's Attorneys Association; * the Cook County Public Defender; * and the State Appellate Defender. |
