| Function | The Council promotes programs for reducing debilitating effects of spinal cord and head injuries. Studies and reviews current prevention, evaluation, care, treatment, and rehabilitation technologies and recommends training, retraining, and other specialized services for spinal cord and head injured persons in state. (The council shall report annually to the Governor and General Assembly). |
