Function The Art-in Architecture Program is administered by the Art-in-Architecture Coordinator employed by the Capital Development Board. A fine Arts Review Committee, appointed on project to project bases, reviews and recommends artists or works of art to the Executive Director of the Capital Development Board for final selection. The Public Arts Advisory Committee provides input and support to the Capital Development Board through the Art-in Architecture Coordinator relative to the direction and operation of the program.
