7 members appointed by Governor: - 5 Nursing Home Administrators who have been licensed for at least five years prior to appointment - 2 public members with no financial interest in or responsibility for management/policy formation of nursing homes or any other connection with the profession A majority of the Board members currently appointed shall constitute a quorum. A vacancy in the membership of the Board shall not impair the right of a quorum to exercise all the rights and perform all the duties of the Board. |
