Function The Board cooperates with the Department of Agriculture to review and approve the agrichemical facility remediation program. The Board reviews and makes recommendations to the Department regarding proposed facility corrective action plans and provides periodic review of the Departments administration of the Agrichemical Incident Response Trust Fund. 
Term 2 years. NO HOLDOVER LANGUAGE. Board may fill any position which has been vacant for 30 days.

- 1 at large member Members must be selected from recommendations from associations representing those areas of interest
